He’s vice president of business
development for MainOcean
Port Services in Jacksonville,
a company he launched along
with two former classmates from
his MBA program. MainOcean
provides concierge services to
ships docking in Jacksonville
and other local ports—anything
from assistance with customs
paperwork to warehousing and
crew transportation—and it
enables Horner to use both his
naval and business expertise.
