There continues to be great uncertainty about the 2010
Affordable Care Act. Last winter
saw five different federal judges
ruling five different ways regarding the constitutionality of
all or some of the provisions.
Most observers forecast that
the matter will be settled by
the Supreme Court sometime
in 2012. Until then, provisions
with start dates in 2010–11
continue to be the law.
